Refund and Return Policy

At Textilatex, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

            •           The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

            •           Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must accompany the return.

Important: All returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service team. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Process

            2.         Ship the product to:

Shipping Guidelines:

            •           Items must be adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit.

            •           Do not write or place shipping labels/stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging.

            •           Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured for the full product value.

            •           We do not accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

For non-defective items that qualified for free shipping at purchase, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

            1.         Check your bank account again.

            2.         Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.

            3.         Reach out to your bank for further details.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email textilatex24@gmail.com, and send the item to the address listed above.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gift Returns

            •           If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

            •           If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed back to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs

            •           You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

            •           For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
